Claudeil is a young male City Runner who wears light leather armor suitable for running. Covered in blood, missing the top part of an ear from an insect bite, and severely wounded with an ice-shard wound in his kneecap.
Participates in the ambush out of sheer terror of Persua, shooting Ryoka with a crossbow before finding himself stranded amidst the deadly flora.
Follows Persua out of the city to track down Ryoka.
Claudeil backs up Persua and attempts to hit Garia with a chair, but he is easily disarmed and thrown into a table by Ryoka.
Stands with Persua, menacingly eyeing Ryoka's broken leg until Calruz scares him and the other runners away.
Claudeil participates in the street ambush against Ryoka, physically boxing her in.
One of Persua's armed companions who supports her attempt to take the delivery.
