Injured from encounters with a Dragon and Goblins after being transported to a new world, Erin Solstice finds shelter from a storm in an abandoned, dusty building called The Wandering Inn.
Fearing the unknown dangers outside, Erin Solstice decides the sturdy inn is her safest option. She resolves to clean the filthy common room to make it a habitable shelter.
After she finishes cleaning the common room, Erin is shocked to receive a notification in her mind that she has acquired the [Innkeeper] class at Level 1, along with two new skills.
Terrified that Erin Solstice is a powerful threat, the Dragon activates an emergency teleportation spell and abandons his main lair.
Overcome by intense hunger, Erin Solstice leaves the safety of The Wandering Inn to search for sustenance in the unfamiliar Grasslands.
While foraging, Erin Solstice is attacked by a giant Rock Crab and is forced into a desperate flight back to the inn's hill.
After failing to climb a strange tree, a frustrated Erin kicks it, causing a Mysterious Blue Fruit to fall and providing her with a food source.
After days of hiding and finding no pursuers, the Dragon concludes that Erin's appearance was a random accident, not a targeted attack.
Driven by intense hunger, Erin Solstice leaves the inn and finds an orchard of edible Amentus Fruit. She finds the fruit delicious but the hairy seed pod disgusting.
Erin is spotted by seven Goblins while foraging for fruit. The Goblins, led by a Goblin Chieftain, chase her all the way back to The Wandering Inn.
After Erin bars the door, the Goblins break through the window shutters and invade the common room, forcing a confrontation inside The Wandering Inn.
Using a chair as a weapon, Erin fights and kills all seven Goblins, including the Littlest Goblin and their Chieftain. She sustains multiple injuries during the brutal fight.
Immediately after defeating the Goblins, Erin receives a system notification that she has leveled up. Her class is now [Innkeeper] Level 4.
While cleaning the common room of The Wandering Inn, Erin Solstice realizes she is working with supernatural speed. She receives a mental notification, discovering she has gained the [Basic Cleaning] skill.
After finding a stream to quench her severe dehydration, Erin is attacked by a large, vicious Four-Eyed Stream Fish while bathing.
Erin dodges the fish's attack, causing it to launch out of the water and land on the grassy bank. Trapped on land, the fish suffocates and dies, providing Erin with a large source of food.
While attempting to gut the fish with a Goblin Knife in the inn's kitchen, the knife slips, and Erin inflicts a deep, painful gash on her left palm.
Erin discovers a cupboard filled with magically preserved food. While investigating, she accidentally scrapes off one of the preservation Runes, causing the magic to fail and all the food to instantly decay.
Erin goes to the second floor to check on the skeleton, only to discover that it is missing from the room. This discovery fuels her paranoia and fear that she is not alone.
A lone Goblin scout enters the inn and attacks Erin. She fights back, using a chair to knock the creature unconscious before throwing it out the front door.
From a distance, a small female Goblin is shown watching the inn. Elsewhere, a mysterious Crouched Figure reveals he was the one who took the skeleton.
While cleaning a rotting carcass inside The Wandering Inn, Erin Solstice was attacked by an Acid Fly. The creature splashed a burning fluid on her arm, forcing her to wash the painful injury in the nearby stream.
After hauling water, Erin used a found Flint and Steel to successfully start a fire in the kitchen fireplace. This act brought warmth and the potential for cooking to the inn for the first time since she arrived.
Feeling a surge of accomplishment from starting the fire, Erin symbolically reopened for business by flipping the sign on the inn's front door from 'Closed' to 'Open'.
On a distant city wall, a Senior Guardswoman named Beilmark observed the smoke from the inn's chimney. She dispatched guardsmen, Relc and Klbkch, to investigate the unexpected activity.
A large, intelligent Giant Insect appeared at the doorway of the inn. The creature shocked Erin by speaking to her, marking the arrival of the inn's first potential patron.
Relc, a Drake, and Klbkch, an Antinium, see smoke coming from the abandoned inn and approach to investigate its source.
Erin Solstice, terrified by Klbkch's appearance, slams the inn door on the two guardsmen. A tense and awkward conversation follows through the locked door before she cautiously lets them inside.
Klbkch discovers a severe infection on Erin's hand and uses a high-grade healing potion to instantly cure the wound, surprising her with his kindness.
After the guardsmen leave, Erin falls asleep and reaches Level 5 in her [Innkeeper] class, gaining the skill [Basic Crafting].
After eating a tainted Blue Fruit, Erin Solstice becomes violently ill. She survives the ordeal and realizes that her primary food source is not consistently safe.
A small Goblin Band arrives at the stream to forage. Erin observes the Littlest Goblin carefully selecting edible Blue Fruits, leading her to understand how to avoid the poisoned ones.
Using her [Basic Crafting] skill, Erin weaves a grass net to catch fish. The attempt is unsuccessful, but she manages to catch a few Rock Crabs.
A massive Skeletal Monstrosity arrives at The Wandering Inn during the night. The creature begins violently pounding on the door, trying to break in.
A young Human mage enters The Wandering Inn and casts an Invisibility Spell in an attempt to intimidate Erin Solstice and demand food from her.
Seeing through the flawed illusion, Erin Solstice knocks Pisces unconscious with her frying pan. She wakes him with water and uses the threat of the pan to control the situation.
After a heated argument, Erin agrees to feed the starving mage, but only after she forces him to pay with the Amentus Fruit he carries.
As the mage prepares to leave for Liscor, he introduces himself as Pisces. Erin extends an invitation for him to return to the inn under more peaceful circumstances.
During a severe and seemingly magical rainstorm, a mage named Pisces seeks shelter and food at The Wandering Inn, where he is cautiously admitted by Erin Solstice.
The two city guards, Relc and Klbkch, enter the inn to escape the storm, discovering Erin with her strange new guest, Pisces.
Relc recognizes Pisces from a wanted poster, revealing him to be a Necromancer wanted for crimes in Liscor. The guards prepare to arrest him.
The guardsmen Relc and Klbkch arrive at The Wandering Inn, having successfully tracked the fugitive mage Pisces, who was hiding upstairs.
Relc attacks Pisces, who attempts to defend himself with magic. The experienced guard quickly overpowers the mage, shattering his magical barrier and holding him at swordpoint.
To prevent Relc from killing Pisces, Erin Solstice declares that her inn is outside Liscor's jurisdiction and that the guards have no authority on her property.
Klbkch confirms that Erin's legal claim is valid, much to Relc's fury. He orders his partner to release Pisces, upholding the law and the inn's status as a sanctuary.
Unable to make an arrest, Klbkch and a furious Relc leave The Wandering Inn, leaving Pisces behind under Erin's protection.
Instead of offering permanent sanctuary, an angry Erin hits Pisces with a pot and orders him to leave her inn immediately after saving his life.
Driven by a lack of food and supplies at The Wandering Inn, Erin Solstice decides to walk to the city of Liscor for the first time.
During a tense confrontation in the Adventurer's Guild, an aggressive adventurer tells Erin that his hyena-like species is called Gnoll.
An Angry Gnoll Adventurer accuses Erin of lying about her inn and violently ejects her from the Adventurer's Guild.
After being thrown out of the guild, Erin is helped by Drassi, a Drake who was just fired from her [Barmaid] job by Mister Drells.
While attempting to buy supplies in Liscor, Erin is systematically overcharged by a prejudiced Drake shopkeeper named Lism, who takes almost all of her money for a few basic goods.
Erin overhears Relc speaking poorly about Humans to fellow guards, which deeply hurts her feelings and damages their new friendship.
On her way back to the inn, Erin is attacked by three Goblins who ambush her and throw rocks, putting her in serious danger.
Relc arrives and kills the two older Goblins attacking Erin. He then apologizes for his earlier comments, and the two begin to reconcile.
After returning to her inn, the extreme emotional and physical hardship of the day triggers a level-up, bringing Erin to Level 6 in her [Innkeeper] class.
After The Littlest Goblin reports the deaths, the enraged Goblin Chieftain silently takes his axes and departs the Goblin Cave, presumably to seek revenge.
Relc arrives at The Wandering Inn and presents Erin Solstice with the severed heads of a Slain Male Goblin and Slain Female Goblin, believing he has solved her problem. Erin reacts with horror, and a confused Relc departs.
Deeply disturbed, Erin Solstice takes the heads, finds the decapitated bodies on a hill, and gives the two Goblins a respectful burial.
The Goblin Chieftain witnesses Erin at the gravesite and, misinterpreting her actions, declares a blood vendetta against her. The Goblin Tribe begins to actively hunt her down.
Realizing she is being hunted, Erin flees back to The Wandering Inn, pursued by the Goblin Tribe. She manages to get inside and barricade the door just in time.
Trapped and facing certain death, Erin contemplates the concept of 'Checkmate'. Instead of accepting defeat, her despair hardens into a cold resolve to fight for her survival.
The Goblin Chieftain reaches the inn and smashes through the barricaded door, bringing the fight directly to Erin.
The Goblin Chieftain smashes through the door of The Wandering Inn and immediately attacks Erin Solstice, beginning a violent confrontation.
During the struggle, the Goblin Chieftain overpowers Erin and stabs her in the stomach with a kitchen knife, inflicting a life-threatening injury.
As a last resort, a grievously injured Erin grabs a pot of boiling oil from the fire, burning her own hands in the process, and throws it at the chieftain.
The boiling oil fatally wounds the Goblin Chieftain. Blinded and in agony, he collapses and dies slowly on the kitchen floor.
In the immediate aftermath of the fight, Erin levels up her [Innkeeper] class and acquires two new skills: [Bar Fighting] and [Unerring Throw].
