He assumes the form of an unimaginably attractive older man with pointed half-Elf ears, silvery hair, and a muscular physique akin to an Olympian. One eye is blue and the other violet, resembling stellar nebulas. His true form is a glowing golden Dragon. He appears as an incredibly fit, middle-eastern looking man with silvery hair and pointed ears. His eyes are a mesmerizing, shifting mixture of blue and violet that resemble nebulas.
The old man complains via a [Communication] spell about being treated like Magnolia's personal Diviner.
Referred to by Ryoka as the old mage from the High Passes who told her where to find the Necromancer.

Ryoka inwardly thinks of Teriarch when questioned about who she met at the end of her run, but she keeps his identity a secret.
Ryoka thinks of him as the "elfish mage bastard" and tries to ignore his burning words while keeping his strange potion locked in her chest.
Heals Ryoka, interrogates her about the world and her lack of levels, gives her a geas to deliver items to Perril Chandler, reveals his name is Teriarch, and teleports her away.
